Summary

% net profit commission plus weekly draw, $60 – 80k possible first year!
Must have 4 plus years of verifiable successful sales experience

Office Hours: Work hours will vary based on scheduling requests of customers, presentation times and seasonal requirements.

Job Function

  • Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company’s products and services, primarily replacement sales and maintenance agreements both residential and commercial.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
  • Integrity, honesty, and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.
  • Provide sales reports to Owner and/or Sales Manager
  • Must be knowledgeable of HVAC products, Trane, Lennox, Amana, Bryant, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • New-business contract acquisition sales and maintenance agreement abilities.
  • Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Professional sales certificate, Trane Sales Bootcamp, Sandler Sales Institute or similar training.
  • Strong telecommunication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • High quality customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Great writing skills are essential.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Background check performed.
