Office Hours: Work hours will vary based on scheduling requests of customers, presentation times and seasonal requirements.
Job Function
- Close sales and acquire new long-term clients for the company’s products and services, primarily replacement sales and maintenance agreements both residential and commercial.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
- Integrity, honesty, and a genuine caring for our clients are key attributes required of our team members.
- Provide sales reports to Owner and/or Sales Manager
- Must be knowledgeable of HVAC products, Trane, Lennox, Amana, Bryant, etc.
Required Qualifications
- New-business contract acquisition sales and maintenance agreement abilities.
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Professional sales certificate, Trane Sales Bootcamp, Sandler Sales Institute or similar training.
- Strong telecommunication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- High quality customer service skills.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Great writing skills are essential.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Background check performed.
