Job Purpose:
Maintains environmental conditions by installing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment; primarily responsible for responding to service calls.
Duties:
- Independently service compressors, heat exchangers, coils, accumulators, outdoor units, humidifiers, condensate pumps and electronic air cleaners
- Troubleshoot and repair major HVACR parts such as refrigerator leaks, motors, contractors, transformers, thermostats
- Tests and repairs environmental systems by operating the systems, identifying malfunctions, repairing or replacing sealants, parts and components
- Keeps tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and calling for repairs as needed.
- Documents actions by completing equipment records
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; fully complies with legal regulations
- Updates job knowledge by staying abreast of current industry trends and best practices

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of verifiable HVAC experience
- Clean driving and criminal record (background check will be performed) with a reliable form of transportation
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. and climb ladders without difficulty.
